The creation of a Global Judicial Integrity Network moves a step closer to being realized with the European preparatory meeting being held in Vienna on 24 and 25 August. Over 20 countries from across the region will be present to build on complimenting activities already held in Asia and South America.
To discuss the Network, the importance of preventing #corruption in the justice sector, and the need to boost trust in public institutions, we recently talked to Diego García Sayán, the #UN Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers.
